Metals Used: We use sterling silver, 14K gold filled or high quality gold and silver plate for the various metal components in our jewelry. If the description does not say either sterling silver or 14K gold filled then any metals found in the design are plated. If you would like an item made with a different metal than described please e-mail us and we'll send you a price quote.
The earrings are either sterling silver, 14K gold filled or on hypo-allergenic wire but can also be changed. We'll be happy to quote you a new price for the change.
Sizing: Necklaces normally range from approximately 14" - 32". If you have a necklace that's the right length just measure it and e-mail us the information. We can make almost all of the necklaces any length.
Earrings vary in length and again can be adjusted to any length you prefer. We can change the earrings from wires to posts or other styles and also can do clip earrings for most designs.
The standard length for bracelets is 7"-8". Normally you measure your wrist with a tape measure and add 1/2" - 1" so the bracelet drops slightly over your hand. Thicker bracelets need to be a little longer to fit comfortably.

Orders: All of the jewelry you see on this site is handmade. Orders placed for items in stock will be shipped as soon as possible. Items that need to be made will ship in approximately 3 weeks or less. We will e-mail you if this is the case. If you need the item sooner than it can be delivered, you will receive a full refund.
Custom Designs or Special Orders: Custom designs and special orders (making changes to a listed item) are always welcome. Once a design and price is approved we will require payment-in-full. For one of a kind custom designs we will e-mail you a picture of the finished product for your approval. Your payments can be made through PayPal so your personal information is secure.
Changes: If you receive your order and decide you want something changed such as length, type of clasp, etc. please contact us for instructions before returning your jewelry.
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately. We will ask you to return it in the original packaging and it will replace at no extra cost.
Returns: If you are not happy with your jewelry we will refund your money minus any shipping costs once we receive the item in the original packaging and undamaged. Please e-mail us before returning the item shipping instructions.
There are no refunds for either custom designs or special orders. Any requests for changes, replacement, refunds, etc. must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. After 5 days your order is considered a final sale and no requests for returns or refunds will be accepted.
