Important Information
Custom Designs or Special Orders:
Custom designs and special orders (making changes to a listed item) are always welcome. Once a design and price is approved we will require payment-in-full. For one of a kind custom designs we will e-mail you a picture of the finished product for your approval.
Changes:
If you receive your order and decide you want something changed such as length, type of clasp, etc., please contact us for instructions before returning your jewelry.
Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately. We will ask you to return it in the original packaging and it will be replaced or repaired at no extra cost.
Returns:
If you are not happy with your jewelry we will refund your money, minus any shipping costs, once we receive the item in the original packaging and undamaged. Please e-mail us before returning the item for shipping instructions. Any items returned without authorization will be refused.
There are no refunds for either custom designs or special orders. Any requests for changes, replacement, refunds, etc. must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. After 5 days your order is considered a final sale and no requests for returns or refunds will be accepted.
